We are looking for a Key Account Manager who will be responsible for growing Commencis’s strategic client relationships. This includes managing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities within those accounts as well as new potential clients. The successful candidate is expected to be a well-respected and well-connected professional with an existing client portfolio.

You are a great fit for this role if you like working closely with strategists, user experience architects, and creative designers to show how technology can solve challenges for businesses and for people.

Responsibilities

    • Focusing on new and existing sales opportunities that drive the expansion of Commencis’s accounts.
    • Leading the proposal and quotation process.
    • Participating in contract negotiations through the entire sales process.
    • Proactively working with the customer to define contract terms and successfully close the sale.
    • Preparing and conducting periodic business reviews
    • Ensuring sales and distribution strategies in Key Account channels are implemented/controlled and managed efficiently to achieve the business objectives of our clients.
    • Coordinating the execution of sales and marketing activities, monitoring sales budget, trading partnerships, and key account annual agreements.
    • Creating and maintaining relationships with the business community and acting as the primary point of contact.
    • Understanding and actively utilizing Commencis products and services.
    • Communicating with clients by using digital communication channels.

Qualifications & Experience

    • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in an advertising or digital agency.
    • An engineering background is a plus.
    • Proven track record in managing and winning major clients.
    • Ability to work with little supervision.
    • Ability to interact as a value-added team member.
    • Interest in mobile space and technology.
    • Basic knowledge of software development processes and document management technologies.
    • Ability to understand and evaluate competitive products.
    • Confident and determined to pull off meetings from key decision-makers and C-level executives.
    • Previous experience managing one or more direct reports
    • Superior verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Excellent presentation skills with an ability to present ideas to clients.
    • Experience working on digital projects or accounts with a strong digital focus.

We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and high-performing Customer Success Specialist who will be responsible for building relationships, understanding customer trends, hitting annual targets and leading our big data analytics and customer engagement platform Dataroid in the right direction.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Desire to learn analytics and engagement platform and its strategic plan to achieve and maximize sales targets and expand our customer base, as well as maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with clients.
  • Work with product development teams on priorities and product backlog.
  • Be a part of customer support processes.
  • Provide product feedback and insights to the business and product teams.
  • Ensure 100% satisfaction among all customers.
  • Understand product infrastructure from both technical and business perspectives.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fresh Graduate pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or any other relevant degree or a maximum of 2 years’ experience in a Technical and/or Business Support function (B2B) dealing with data analysis.
  • Desire to work in a dynamic and fast-moving startup environment.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Key Responsibilities

    • Empowering the Product Management, Design, and Engineering teams on a daily basis.
    • Acting as the day-to-day project contact to clients.

    • Acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to plan.

Qualifications & Experience

    • University Degree in Engineering, MBA or master’s degree is a plus.
    • Min 4+ years working experience within IT and Project Management area.

    • Strong knowledge of software development processes.

  • Serve as single point of contact on customer priorities and ensure customer issues are resolved.
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve and maximise sales targets and expand our customer base, as well as maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships with clients.
