Dogus Group, one of the largest conglomerates in Turkey, partnered with Commencis to create a best-in-class mobile platform for its new loyalty and lifestyle program, ZUBIZU.

ZUBIZU touches the different aspects of its customer’s daily lives with its well-known brands in a wide range of industries ranging from food & beverage, entertainment, retail and many more. With a new loyalty platform, the group aims to accompany its customer’s lifestyle while rewarding them for being loyal.


Knowing that the audience has very differentiated needs and expectations from the program, we set out several design workshops to better understand target audience. Throughout the design workshops organized with Zubizu team, we defined user personas to visualize their journey and how they interact with their Dogus brands.

Based on the insight provided by the user research and workshops, we identified key functionalities that needed to be provided through ZUBIZU platforms. Commencis design team created three product concepts with different focus areas and user experiences.


Partnered with Dogus Group, we created a new concept providing personalized lifestyle content including event suggestions together with campaign offers.

Users are able to benefit from campaigns in merchant locations while enjoying the selected content organized based on their previous interests and transactions. They can also benefit from the program gifts in return of the points collected from each transactions.

In addition, Zubizu users can make online reservations to their favourite member restaurants while purchasing tickets for the top events and concerts via Zubizu mobile platform.
