Commencis designed and built a customized platform for GlaxoSmithKline sales representatives in order them to manage their visits efficiently. The platform allows users to manage their calendars, drag & drop their appointments for easy planning, manage “last minute” calls, and sync real-time for immediate display.

Sales reps can also reach detailed information about the physicians such as previous comments regarding each product, prescription behavior, survey results, and previous visit notes before their appointments. The platform also allows its users to reach all necessary documents online and send them via email through the application.

The platform operates in multiple states and is equipped with both online and offline operational modes to accommodate every situation.
