We’re looking for an experienced, solution-oriented, analytic thinker Strategy Manager to shape our organization’s long-term strategy and to develop measures that realize our business objectives. In this role, you will be leading the strategic planning, assessing the company’s product performance, developing achievable goals, and implementing processes that improve organizational effectiveness to build a sustainable competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify new growth opportunities by staying up to date on industry developments and improving existing business strategies
- Identify threats & opportunities and contribute to the development of a long-term organizational strategy
- Driving and overseeing the progress of multiple key strategic initiatives and/or partnerships
- Supporting the preparation of presentation materials and strategic business cases
- Managing and contributing to strategic projects utilizing problem solving frameworks and supporting business development & account teams
- Stakeholder management: Support and guide senior executive decision-making processes, building and nurturing strong advisory relationships with key external and internal senior stakeholders
- Conducting strategic research and developing an in-depth understanding of our business, external market forces and competitors
- Managing existing strategic partnerships and establishing effective business relationships with potential partners to develop new business opportunities
- Managing all strategic workshops, including pre-, during, and post-workshop deliverables
Skill & Experience / Qualifications
- BA degree in business or related field, MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic planning or B2B business development
- Experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks, as well as project management skills
- Expertise in developing strategies and analyzing strategic problems using strategic frameworks and tools
- Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to communicate and influence stakeholders from a variety of backgrounds
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding research and analytical abilities
- Fluent in written and spoken English
