UserHear is a qualitative feedback intelligence platform we built at Commencis as part of the Verity data intelligence platform. It reads every review, ticket, call transcript, and survey response, in every language your customers write in, and turns them into structured, evidence-backed recommendations instead of another dashboard.
Here is the problem we kept seeing. You ship a release; ratings move differently on every platform, and suddenly everyone in the room has a theory. There are four of them, one dataset that would settle the question, and no one has read it end to end. A few weeks later, a competitor ships the feature your users had been asking for all along, across 4,000 reviews, over six months.
That gap is not a talent problem or a prioritization problem. It is what happens when opinion has to stand in for evidence, because the evidence is tens of thousands of lines of text no team can realistically read. Most tools call themselves “actionable” and then hand you “negative sentiment, up 12 percent,” which really just sends you back to the reviews you never had time for. UserHear names the specific problem, shows the evidence and confidence behind it, and routes it to the team that owns the fix.
We wrote a deep dive on what that actually takes: the eight feedback patterns worth watching, why the way you categorize signals decides whether a problem ever gets solved, and what it means to treat feedback as infrastructure rather than overhead.
