We are looking for a Sales Development Specialist who has the ability to conduct research and analyze data that derive from Commencis’s strategic client relationships.The successful candidate will be expected to have a positive, well-respected and self-starting attitude.

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the whole sales cycle from lead generation to turning inbound leads into happy, paying customers.
  • Retain and develop long-term business relationships with existing customers through proactive customer service, prompt attention and resolution to customer concerns, and timely service agreement updates.
  • Conduct personal visits, phone calls and mailings to existing customers to foster relationships.
  • Administer and preserve all price initiatives.
  • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
  • Uncover prospect needs and deliver the value proposition.
  • Qualify opportunities and collaborate with Sales to closure.
  • Own top-of-funnel enterprise engagement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing for joint go-to-market strategy.
  • Conduct market research and gain industry insights.
  • Actively take a part in Lead sales presentation.
  • Close deals with both new accounts and existing accounts.
  • Track all customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Create a solution approach to selling and create value for customers.

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Technical Support function (B2B) dealing with data analysis.
  • Preferable skills include: Experience in financial services, e-commerce and airlines.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Self-starter and goal-oriented.
  • Effective at building relationships.
  • Make data-driven decisions.
  • Enroll and inspire to achieve goals.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaborator and communicator.
  • Assist in assessing risk, benefits, and consideration of alternatives. Experiment continuously.
  • Communicate clear written and verbal messages effectively.

  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
