We are looking for a Key Account Manager who will be responsible for growing Commencis’s strategic client relationships. This includes managing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities within those accounts as well as new potential clients. The successful candidate is expected to be a well-respected and well-connected professional with an existing client portfolio.

    • Focusing on new and existing sales opportunities that drive the expansion of Commencis’s accounts.
    • Leading the proposal and quotation process.
    • Participating in contract negotiations through the entire sales process.
    • Proactively working with the customer to define contract terms and successfully closing the sale.
    • Preparing and conducting periodic business reviews
    • Ensuring sales and distribution strategies in Key Account channels are implemented/controlled and managed efficiently to achieve the business objectives of our clients.
    • Coordinating the execution of sales and marketing activities, monitoring sales budget, trading partnerships and key account annual agreements.
    • Creating and maintaining relationships with the business community and acting as the primary point of contact.
    • Understanding and actively utilizing Commencis products and services.
    • Communicating with clients by using digital communication channels.

Qualifications and Experience

    • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in an advertising or digital agency.
    • Engineering background is a plus.
    • Proven track record in managing and winning major clients.
    • Ability to work with little supervision.
    • Ability to interact as a value-added team member.
    • Interest in mobile space and technology.
    • Basic knowledge of software development processes and document management technologies.
    • Ability to understand and evaluate competitive products.
    • Confident and determined to pull off meetings from key decision makers and C-level executives.
    • Previous experience managing one or more direct reports
    • Superior verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Excellent presentation skills with an ability to present ideas to clients.
    • Experience working on digital projects or accounts with strong digital focus.
