We are looking for an International Sales & Account Manager who takes responsibility for managing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities within those accounts & new potential clients and grow Commencis strategic client relationships. The successful candidate is expected to be a well-respected and well-connected professional with a client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

    • Focus on new and existing sales opportunities that drive the expansion of the Commencis accounts.
    • Develop a sustainable business pipeline, support commercial objectives and include the identification of opportunities to qualify and close.
    • Actively research and define innovations in the target markets with the objective to develop strategies, to discover and evaluate new business opportunities and create the overall sales and business development strategic plan.
    • Focus on expanding company portfolio via partnerships in the industry, particularly within global markets.
    • Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets and new business development opportunities in emerging markets.
    • Regularly update activity information and pipeline for management reporting.
    • Lead the proposal and quotation process.
    • Proactively participate in contract negotiations throughout the entire negotiation process.
    • Work with the customer defining contract terms and successfully close the sale.
    • Prepare and conduct periodic business reviews.
    • Ensure sales & distribution strategies in Account channels are implemented, controlled and managed efficiently to achieve the business objectives of Commencis.
    • Coordinate the execution of sales and marketing activities, monitor sales budget, trade partnerships and account annual agreements.
    • Create and maintain relationships with the business community and act as the primary point of contact.
    • Understand and actively utilize Commencis products and services.

Qualifications & Experience

    • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in an advertising or digital agency
    • Engineering and IT knowledge is a plus.
    • Proven track record in managing and winning major opportunities.
    • Ability to work independent and in high-pressure environments.
    • Ability to interact as a value-added team member.
    • Strong interest in mobile space and technology.
    • Basic knowledge of software development processes and document management technologies.
    • Understanding and evaluating competitive products.
    • Confidence and determination to pull off meetings from decision-makers, marketing departments, and C-level executives.
    • Superior verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Excellent presentation skills with an ability to present ideas to new and existing clients.
    • Experience working on digital projects or accounts with strong digital focus.
    • Communicate with clients by using digital communication channels.
